Along the shores of the Pacific Ocean, within the limits of the City of Cabo San Lucas, lies 1,208 acres of pristine Baja California desert bordering a spectacular 4 mile coastline with magnificent sandy beaches that are scheduled to soon undergo a dramatic transformation. Real Estate Development Services was retained by Gran Armee, a subsidiary of its parent company Pueblo Bonito, to help establish the basic foundation for the development of a master planned community that will include several hotels, two golf courses, a quaint village center, tennis, detached luxury homes and condominiums in a proposed higher setting than typically available within the region.

From the creation of a master plan to creating the necessary in-house team to make it a reality, our company was retained to establish the framework for negotiations to obtain governmental authorizations at all three levels of government, economic proformas, selection and hiring of the golf course designers establishing design guidelines and parameters of a condominium regime.

The development already boasts the creation of a high-end hotel and fractional ownership project known as "Sunset Beach", along with the "Pacifica Hotel" and the high-end residential community of "Montecristo Estates." Ground breaking of its first championship golf course as designed by Arnold Palmer is scheduled for November of 2006, and is intended to bring a style of golf course not currently existing or available in the new golfing mecca of Mexico - Los Cabos.

Ernesto Coppel, owner of Cabo Pacifica, recognized the importance of creating a development that could compete with the other master planned communities in the area, and sought out Real Estate Development Services to help establish the framework necessary to achieve making a vision into a reality.
